Fighting Wildfires
The upper figure shows a rugged high voltage wire providing power to an electric earth mover.
The lower figure shows an electric powered mining machine.
Fumes from internal combustion engines are not acceptable in mines. A class of wire called Portable Cord has been developed to meet the needs of the mining and construction industry. This Portable Cord can be used as the power wires which are attached to the LDH (hose).
